No, The 2.YOU is not a personalized 1:1 coaching service. It is an online community dedicated to providing support, resources, and a safe space for individuals navigating finding themselves within their grief. If you are looking for more personalized coaching you can join Crystal's 1:1 Coaching waitlist.
The 2.YOU is not timed. It is a self paced program, so you can truly learn and use as much as your time allows. We have new monthly themes every month, so it will be truly up to you on how much time you would like to spend each month working through the material.
You can join The 2.YOU community by signing up for our membership program on our website. Once you're a member, you'll gain access to all the resources.
No, Everything will be virtual through zoom calls for any sessions.
Currently, The 2.YOU and 1:1 coaching services are for women or those who identify as a women only. If you have any questions please email our customer care team.
We have an absolute no refund policy for The 2.YOU or any of Crystal's coaching services.
You can cancel your monthly or yearly membership anytime, before the renewal date. Just be sure to cancel in your membership portal on The 2.YOU. If you have any issues, please email us.
While, Crystal is religious she knows everyone has their own point of views, so her programs are not faith based. The word "Faith" may be seen a lot in her programs, but this is due to the word meaning a lot to her, due to her angel daughter being named Caia Faith. Time to time faith based songs, movies, etc. may be mentioned, but do not require your participation, to get the most out of the program. Whether you are a faithful person or not, this program is open to any women no matter there religious views.
Results are based differently for every individual and a lot of factors play into the results. We can not guarantee results, or the results someone else has had that you would like to receive. Hard work, dedication, and shifting your mindset will help you in the results you have in Crystal's coaching programs.
